She joined Ashby Lowery in 2001 in Residential Lettings and enjoyed 12 successful years before being rewarded with the responsibility for Residential Block Management where Karen had a profound influence in growing the Block Management business, helped by her commitment and desire to please her clients. Karen is so easy to work with and knowledgeable in all aspects of lettings and Block Management.
Managing Director - Land and New Homes
Michael has during his 11 years in the property industry gained extensive knowledge and is extremely well versed in all aspects of land acquisition and disposals, planning policy and technical matters in order to gain successful residential planning consents. After a period in residential estate agency Michael joined BNP Paribas Real Estate based in London in 2007. He acted on behalf of a variety of corporate and public sector organisations including NHS and provided advice for major corporate clients such as Barclays, Aviva, Royal Mail and a diverse selection of institutional investors including Schroders and British Airways Pension Investment Management Limited. Michael's main role for Kingston is sourcing the land and delivering a residential planning consent for our future New Home developments.
Born in Northampton and lives in Northamptonshire: He also has extensive experience in the residential property market, land and construction. Having completed his business degree in Leeds he embarked on a career in residential estate agency where he spent 3 successful years. Keen to start up his own property business he made the decision to invest and acquire residential property requiring refurbishment and modernisation. Matthew has built up over time excellent relationships with many local tradesman whilst gaining much needed experience before moving into new home construction. Michael and Matthew are now working together to grow a Housebuilding business and Matthew is responsible for delivering the construction for Kingston’s new home developments.
Born, educated and living locally in Northampton, Michelle is a natural for dealing with clients and tradesmen in all matters of property maintenance management. During her career she held key roles as company buyer for International and Regional organisations. Michelle has 9 years experience in residential lettings primarily managing the maintenance and repairs on behalf of Landlords. Michelle has built up a great relationship with landlords due to her enthusiastic, positive and diligent approach. Angie has had a distinguished career with an impressive 31 years experience in all aspects of Property Management accounting which started with Jackson Stops and Staff, she then joined R.L. Lowery and Partners in Bridge Street Northampton and played an important role when the business transformed to Ashby Lowery, managing the account for sales, letting and residential block management for an incredible 27 years. Angie joined Kingston Real Estate in June 2017 and we are proud and privileged to have such an experienced and dedicated accounts professional as part of our team. Angie, must be one of the most knowledgeable and proficient accounts managers in our industry today.
Born in Northampton Ruth has a great affinity with the town and has a detailed knowledge of its residential areas and housing stock. Having been educated in the town she has developed a great customer focused approach to work having worked in an admin support role with Express Lifts, as a care assistant and then having worked for 20 years with Northamptonshire Police. Ruth worked as a lettings administrator with Ashby Lowery from 2015 to 2017 learning the business and bringing her knowledge and experience of law enforcement to the business. Ruth joined Kingston as our Lettings Negotiator in July 2017 and as part of her role works closely with landlord clients and vetting agencies to match the right tenants for their properties.
Formally CEO of Connells Residential, Ken has over 36 years experience in the residential land and property industry where he was influential during his 30 year tenure in turning Connells Limited from a medium sized residential estate agency into large and diverse property and financial service group of companies. He was also a driving force in developing the land and new homes business and has considerable knowledge and experience in the acquisition and disposal of residential land, mixed use schemes as well as a detailed understanding of the complex nature of the planning and technical process involved.
