Proactive Maintenance - Our full range of management specifications from landscape gardening and cleaning through to lift servicing drainage maintenance and clearance to ensure every block and estate is proactively maintained and provide long term cost saving efficiencies.
Regular Meetings with Management Company Directors - Dependant upon your needs, in addition to AGM’s we are happy to meet with management company directors on site or a place convenient to discuss any further requirements.
Insurance - Our brokers tender with multiple underwriters each year to ensure the best rate for you, in respect of Buildings, estate & Directors/Officers insurance.
Excellent Communication – Each client has their own dedicated account manager who is based locally in our office in Northampton. We pride ourselves on our excellent communication and in most cases we will respond to email enquiries the same or next day and telephone calls are returned directly to our clients as soon as possible.
Accounting Procedures – Audits are carried out externally by local Accountants, we always obtain the most competitive price.
Our Professional Indemnity - Up to £1million per claim. This cover ensures your processes are diligent and your monies are kept safe.
Kingston Automated Banking System – Collection of Service Charge, Ground Rent (where applicable). Payment of contractor invoices, insurance and services. Our Client account is reconciled daily.
Contractors – We aim to use local and trusted contractors who are vetted to ensure their work is of the highest quality, whilst offering excellent value for money. Importantly we do not take commissions from contractor invoices.
Company Secretary - we act as company secretary for our clients and carry out these duties diligently.
Out of Hours Emergency Contact - We provide contacts details for emergency events that occur out of hours to ensure emergency repairs can be attended to without delay.
