Kingston Property Management continue to review the situation regarding COVID-19, we are monitoring and taking guidance from UK Government and Public Health England (PHE) as their respective policies evolve.
We are working diligently to ensure that Kingston Property Management are well prepared for all eventualities and will support our staff, tenants, landlords and tradesmen and whilst doing so, it is essential that we keep you updated with some of the actions we are taking in response to the outbreak.
Our priority is the wellbeing for each member of our team and we have therefore, provided our staff with clear guidance in accordance with Public Health England (PHE) to ensure their safety and indeed your safety and protection from COVID-19.
• In line with UK Government advice we recommend that you email or telephone our staff for all your enquiries. We advise you Not to visit our offices in order to minimise and avoid personal contact.
• We have instructed all tradesmen to carry out their own risk assessments and to attend to emergency calls and essential maintenance and repairs only. This will also assist in reducing the risk of spreading the corona virus.
• Should you or any member of your household or visitor have the corona virus symptoms or have been on holiday abroad you must go into self isolation and make contact immediately to advise us. Telephone our office on 01604 631551 or by email: enquiries@kingstonre.com
• Please ensure you and all members of your household take responsibility to protect yourselves and visitors from the corona virus by ensuring each member effectively sanitise themselves regularly and sanitise all hard surfaces and appropriate places inside and outside your home.

As the UK Government intensify their efforts to defeat COVID-19, you can be assured of our readiness to implement our staff working remotely from home. We have acquired additional equipment and technology and we are implementing the technology to facilitate a remote and secure IT environment.
• This will ensure our staff and the Kingston Property Management business will continue to operate and deliver an effective property management and residential block management services, should the UK Government decide to implement a programme of high street and office closures.
• Arrangements are in place to redirect phone lines when appropriate and we are ready to respond in a manner that will cause minimal disruption in our ability to service your tenancy and property requirements.
We will of course continue to review the changing situation and best adapt our contingency protocol and procedures as both the economy and the COVID-19 situation develops and importantly, guarantee our operational resilience in these unprecedented and challenging times.
