Our new homes business was initiated by Michael Waller and Matthew Waller having both had some 17 years experience between them in the Residential Property market, Land acquisition, Planning and New Homes. This combined with Ken's experience of in excess of 36 years in residential land and new homes enables us to be well placed to construct homes that provide great layouts in attractive homes.

At Kingston we view the construction of our homes as a form of art, and long before we focus on the final finishes and landscaping our vision starts with how to create a development that fits well into the surrounding landscape whilst also providing the residents with an excellent sense of place.
