Kingston Real Estate was Founded in 2012 to acquire previously developed land (Brownfield sites) primarily for residential development and work specifically with local professionals such as architects, surveyors, planners and Local Authorities to gain a residential consent for New Homes development.

The foundations of our success in Land and Development are the quality of our people which also extends to our strong Residential Property Management team, all of whom have an excellent track record in their respective area of expertise, covering a wide range of disciplines in Residential Lettings, Residential Estate Agency, Block Management, Land Acquisition and Disposals, Planning Process, New Homes, Property Construction and Refurbishment.

Our aim, is to continue to improve our quality of services and further develop our bespoke Property Management proposition, specialising in all aspects of Residential Lettings and Block Management.
