Permitted Payments:

Holding Deposit: A Holding Deposit equivalent to 1 weeks' rent - to reserve a property.

N.B This will be withheld if any relevant persons (including any Guarantor(s) withdraws from the tenancy, fail a Right-to-Rent check, provides misleading or false information.

Security Deposit: This will be a maximum of 5 weeks rent, and will be paid to and registered with the Tenancy Deposit Custodial Scheme.
